JAT Software Offers a W-2 & 1099 Reissue Call Center for companies that want to outsource their employee W-2 and/or 1099 reissue processing. JAT hosts this bilingual (English and Spanish) Call Center as a complement to our existing e-PRINTVIEW Internet employee self-service system. Your employees simply call our toll free number to request a hard copy of their W-2 or 1099 and it is mailed the next business day. If an address change is required, we change the address on the form and send the reissue to the correct address. All forms are printed with the required "Reissued Statement" text indicator.

The Call Center operates from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Eastern time, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). This provides a convenient access period for your employees regardless of their location throughout the continental United States.

Setup is simple and cost effective with a data extraction program design fee of $3,000* and a database load fee depending on your W-2 and/or 1099 volume. A per form fee is charged to cover the printing, postage, sealing and mailing processes. A per call fee is also charged for information tracking and routing services for employees that do not request a mailed W-2 or 1099. When adding up your own internal expenses for this challenging year-end project (labor, forms, reissue software, sealing equipment and telephone), you will find our Call Center a very reasonably priced solution.
